POST TWELVE - THE PROJECT

so, here it is. my completed project from One-Yard Wonders (see post ten).
it is the folklore bag, and i am really liking it!

it's a bit bigger than my previous bag,
but not huge. it has a perfect size pocket inside and magnetic closure which i really like.
if you are interested in making a new bag for yourself (or someone else) i would definately suggest it!
i am still debating which One-Yard Wonders project to try next...

  4. on the subject of sewing i wanted to share a blog that i love! indietutes.blogspot.com
she has amazing tutorials for sewing projects. lots of them are for kids and lots are made by altering clothes you already have. I reccomend the patchwoork skirt/dress. it turns out so nice! i've made one for each of the older girls. but anyway i think you and doug would really love it. i am writingthis while josh talks on the phone to doug. i guess we are getting excited about seeing you guys!!! woohoo!!
